You can enjoy Tyrolean specialties all the year round such as Tyrolean “Gröst'l” roast, “Käsespätzle” cheesy noodles, dumpling specialties such as the “Kaspressknödel” dumpling, with which the Strasserwirt has an entry in the hotel cookery book. |

2011 - Tiroler Wirtshaus
As a member of the organizations "Tiroler Wirtshaus" and "Country Hotels Austria", we make it a priority to use mainly regional specialties and products from local farms as well as from our own herb garden.
In this way, we offer fresh trout from the local waters, game from the Loferer Steinbergen Mountains or fluffy freshly made Kaiserschmarrn or Moosbeerschmarrn pancakes.
Our weekly BBQ evening in summer on our lovely wooden terrace with a wide selection of BBQ specialties, salads and homemade breads is very popular with our guests.
