### Arrival and departure

- Rooms and hotel apartments are available from 2 PM on your day of arrival.
- On your departure date, we ask that you vacate your accommodation by 10 AM at the latest.
- Depending on availability, you may use your rooms until 5 PM for a supplement of € 25,00 per person.
- If you are planning to arrive later than 6 PM, please let us know.

We ask that a deposit per room and week is paid when making a reservation.

### Cancellation conditions & cancellation insurance:

**Should something unforeseen happen and you are unable to take your holiday as planned, the following cancellation terms apply:**

- No fees apply up to 3 months before arrival
- Between 3 and 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the booked package
- Between 1 month and 1 week before arrival, we charge 70% of the booked package
- and in the final week before arrival, in the event of late arrival or early departure, we reserve the right to charge 90% of the room rate / booked package!
- In the event of a refund, we reserve the right to retain / charge €25.

To ensure you do not incur any financial losses in the event of cancellation or early departure, and also for greater peace of mind during your holiday in Austria, we recommend taking out Hotel Cancellation Plus with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.

You can find all information about the insurance product from Europäische Reiseversicherung AG [here](https://www.europaeische.at/). By paying the premium, you confirm that you have read and accepted this information.

We would be happy to arrange your insurance cover. Please provide us with the names of all persons to be insured, including their dates of birth, and the residential address of the person making the booking. You will then receive your personal insurance policy. The premium (approx. 5% of the travel price) must subsequently be transferred to our account.

### General information

- **Reductions for children:** Discounts for children: Children’s rates apply when staying in their parents’ room with two full-paying adults. Additionally, during the low season, there is a 20% discount for children and teenagers up to the age of 16 staying in their own room.
- **No smoking:** All our rooms are no smoking rooms. Smoking is permitted on all balconies and on the terrace.
- **Dogs welcome:** You are welcome to bring your friendly dog with you if arranged in advance: €17 per day is charged (excluding food). We reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee if applicable.
