When devising our menus, we regard it as very important to use fresh, seasonal ingredients, as much as possible from the local region. You are sure to love our creative dishes using wild garlic, asparagus, and lamb in spring, or berries, mushrooms, venison or pumpkin in summer or autumn. Throughout the year, enjoy Tyrolean specialities at the Strasserwirt such as Tyroler Gröst'l, Käsespätzle, or dumpling specialities, for example our Kas‘pressknödel, which appears as an entry in the recipe book produced by the Landhotels group.
