Booking & other important information

• Rooms and hotel apartments are available from 2 PM on your day of arrival.
• On your departure date, we ask that you vacate your accommodation by 10 AM at the latest.
• Depending on availability, you may use your rooms until 5 PM for a supplement of € 25,00 per person.
• If you are planning to arrive later than 6 PM, please let us know.

We ask that a deposit per room and week is paid when making a reservation.

Online deposit payment

Room cancellations are only valid if received in written form.

• up to 3 months before arrival there are no fees
• 3 to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the booked arrangement
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival we charge 70% of the booked arrangement
• and in the last week before arrival, late arrival or early departure we reserve the right to charge 90% of the room price / booked arrangements!

s the unexpected can always happen, for your peace of mind we recommend you take out a holiday cancellation insurance, such as the Hotelstorno Plus from the Europäische Reiseversicherung. The premium is 5% of the holiday price.

• Reductions for children: Children’s prices apply when sharing a room with 2 full paying parents. Also, in low season, a 20% discount applies for guests under 16 years of age staying in their own room.
• No smoking: All our rooms are no smoking rooms. Smoking is permitted on all balconies, on the terrace, and in the hotel bar.
• Dogs welcome: You are welcome to bring your friendly dog with you if arranged in advance: €16 per day is charged (excluding food). We reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee if applicable.
• Packages & offers The various package weeks and special offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other. In case of doubt, the prices quoted in the price list apply.
• Arrival: Will happily pick you up from: Fieberbrunn train station (€ 25) and Salzburg airport (on request)
